A coalition of 24 Republican attorneys general have signed on to a letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson and Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries calling for a floor vote and passage of H.R. 38, known as the Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act. The AGs, all of whom serve in states that have adopted their own constitutional carry or permitless carry laws, say they "know firsthand that recognizing a broad right of concealed carry among law-abiding Americans promotes public safety and respects the fundamental liberties of our constituents", and want to see that right extended across state lines.

Either the 2A is a guaranteed right or it is not. I do believe the right to protect yourself, family, and others is innate and can not be removed by man. It is obvious people are sick and tired of being denied a right as, if not more, basic as speech, religion, and privacy.

..who is carrying a valid license or permit..

A completely useless piece of legislature for the above condition.

Genuine constitutional carry voids the needs for concealed
permits/license across the USA.

A 9th amendment argument exists here.
The Ninth Amendment to the United States Constitution is a key component of the Bill of Rights, designed to protect individual liberties not explicitly listed in the Constitution.
In simple terms, it means that just because a right isn’t specifically mentioned in the Constitution, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist and should not be protected.
It was implied in the 2nd that the right to keep and bear arms existed for *all* citizens in *all* states. Infringing upon this right impedes the constitutional right of citizens to travel freely between the states.

Hear hear!
Worth mentioning too: if blue police states like (not limited to) Illinois, New York and CA intend to continue zealously prosecuting citizens from other states accustomed to breathing free, but needing to travel through their state or visit their cities—while refusing to stop & frisk, arrest, prosecute and keep in prison its resident democrat thugs ... then they will continue to be treated like pariahs by Free America.

Prior to the tragic boating accident, my collection of several functioning firearms had killed fewer people than Ted Kennedy’s Oldsmobile.

Ninth Amendment is irrelevant here. The Second Amendment is already very explicitly listed, and therefore does not fall under the purview on the Ninth.
