The top layer of Los Angeles society is getting increasingly uncomfortable with the number of targeted daytime burglaries, on top of this sort of more ordinary crazy-person celebrity stalker.
They thought that they were insulated from the consequences of their policies, and now that the destruction that they have visited on so many of their less well-connected fellow citizens has reached their doors, they just run to private, gated and moated enclaves.
Just wait until they ate kidnapped for ransom like wealthy South Americans are. They will need armored cars.
