Lies We Tell Ourselves

The amazing part of communism is the ability to exert the most ridiculous statements oblivious of the irony or hypocrisy involved. It’s as if they assume that whatever they say will be given equal weight with obvious truths and common sense, when most of their statements are in conflict with both.

In recognizing the dogma surrounding this, it isn’t so much that they put exaggerated lies forward as the truth, but that they seem to garner so many listeners. One must stand back and marvel, not at the lies or liars involved, but those who stand ready to accept it, drink it in as if able to sustain life itself. The craft that enables this sort of magic, or instant brainwashing, is fascinating to me. These are the dark arts of manipulation.

I read somewhere that the ability to manipulate whole groups of people had been developed long ago as part of a mind-control exercise. It’s akin to alchemy in that respect. Common knowledge associates this method with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), but they got it from somewhere. One might suggest that early practitioners were people like Merlin or Rasputin, who may have stumbled on the method by chance or instruction. Magicians must practice some aspect of it.

The desire to extend the boundaries to whole populations consumes most governments. It was a driving force in early communism. Those who cannot be fooled must be eliminated or imprisoned to keep their abilities to resist hidden from other, more willing subjects. That’s why those who rejected the vaxx were demonized and confronted with some form of punishment, either ostracization or imprisonment. It was the most clear-cut example of how communistic our governments were at all levels that startled me, but much more startling was the willingness and obedience my fellow Americans were to the manipulation. Whether that was coerced by regulatory bodies or not, there was substantial evidence that what they were doing was absolutely outside of any precepts to freedom or rule of law.

The only other experience I had had with such behavior was as a young Airman in Tech School when our squadron commander issued an obviously illegal order that I was not going to obey, yet saw so many of my fellow classmates were eager to comply. It was confusing, because we had just come out of Basic Training where we were all well-versed on illegal orders and the proper response, which was to refuse to obey. Let it go to courts martial, if they wanted to push it that far. I personally think it was a test to see how many complied, except that there was no inspection to discover the percentage one way or another. There was just an apology for having issued an illegal order and an instruction that we didn’t have to comply, which was good, because I didn’t.

The reason this is so mystifying and why I have considerable doubts about my fellow Americans, is that to comply with such orders, or admonitions, is a willing relinquishment of freedom, of liberty, of the rule of law that all civilians are themselves subject to at all times. It was all a test: the masks, the distancing (which I had no problem with, because I don’t care for people violating my personal space anyway), the irrational compliance by medical professionals that had to know the masks didn’t work and that distancing was nonsense, that the illness itself was little more than an inconvenience, but they treated it like a serious threat to human life. As if failure to comply with the idiocy would actually cost someone their life. To believe any of this is to lie to oneself.

With all we know now, there are still those determined to follow the “rules” however arbitrary or in violation of common sense. It signals, to me, that too many of my fellow Americans have no clue as to what being American means, what behavior is supposed to accompany that designation.

In a variation of Beria’s famous quote: “Show me the law and I’ll show you where the government violates it.” Americans are supposed to be hostile toward laws, even if passed by elected representatives, they must clear another hurdle before they accept it, the Constitution. Not so much the actual document, but the theory and spirit of it. The truths that form our understanding of the relationship between us as individuals and it, as a blood-thirsty villainous group of usurpers, who, without a darn good and logical reasons easily understandable by personal experience, have no right to impose anything on us.....SNIP

I agree, many people are just sheep. Look how many took the experimental jab and then did did total freak outs about those who refused.

1) Communism/socialism will always be popular with those who believe they can get something for nothing.

2) Never underestimate the power of human stupidity.

Reminds me of:

Political correctness is communist propaganda writ small. In my study of communist societies, I came to the conclusion that the purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, nor to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better.

When people are forced to remain silent when they are being told the most obvious lies, or even worse when they are forced to repeat the lies themselves, they lose once and for all their sense of probity.

To assent to obvious lies is to co-operate with evil, and in some small way to become evil oneself. One’s standing to resist anything is thus eroded, and even destroyed.

A society of emasculated liars is easy to control. I think if you examine political correctness, it has the same effect and is intended to.
