2500-3000mg is a lot of potassium. I would take a supplement and eat potassium rich foods.
All your tropical fruits are high in potassium, but also some foods you wouldn’t think of. Here’s a pretty good article for runners.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVjoG8afruw&t=29s
Medium banana 422mg
Canned clams 534 mg
Dried Apricots 755 mg
Raisins 615 mg
Orange Juicx 496 mg
Tuna Fish 448 mg
Broccoli 468 mg
Prunes 635 mg. (great source for people with osteoporosis)
White Potato 952 mg
Sweet Potato 542 mg
Coconut Water 600 mg
You can see from the list, that these are foods few Americans typically eat, and if they do, not in combination enough to exceed 3000mg.
But you also see that just a slight change in the diet will raise the potassium intake. significantly.
I guarantee you, that many people taking BP meds, their BP will go down, or they will need less medicine if they increase their potassium.
See post 41
You can see it doesn’t take much to get your 3000mg
I’ve had several people replying me that Potassium is dangerous and you need to balance it with sodium.
I think you should take both.
For example, if you eat taco chips without salsa, you’re taking in sodium basically. You add salsa, rich in potassium, and it balances.
But I can assure you that the body is more resilient than you think when it comes to maintaining salinity.
Here’s a phycician podcaster who goes into much more detail on this.
He tried to overdose on potassium. Look what happened.

Many thanks.
I am into the research on longevity. The science is exciting.
For exammple if you’re a senior. Dry and Infra RED SAUNA. THE DATA shows 40% decrease in death rates across the board if you use one for 20 minutes 3 or more times a week. Dementia and heart attacks, strokes to are reduced. They’ve been using these in the scandnavian countries for hundreds of years. Collagen peptides can really improve you nail, skin and hair quickly. Magnesium, K2, Vit D. Melatonin, prunes (lol). I’m not talking about being a nut, taking dozens of pills per day. To the contrary, it takes less than you think.
Thanks, again.
Okay, thanks, FRiend.
