Develop a command structure by platoons.

Organized Physical Training, daily. Like boot camp, structured meals, Like boot camp, Functional uniforms down to the shoes - like boot camp. Grooming standards, administered by in-house barbers... free!

Run it year round.

Those unable to meet the standard go to designated units where those special needs can be met and potential maximized.
