Ukrainia's military intelligence agency said that Russia was planning to conduct a "training and combat" launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile late on Sunday to intimidate Ukraine and the West.
The GUR agency said in a statement on the Telegram app that the launch was ordered to be implemented from Russia's Sverdlovsk region, adding that the flight range for the missile was more than 10,000 kilometers (6,200 miles).

If the missile’s range is over 10,000 km, it’s not Ukraine that Russia is ‘sending a message’ to.
More attempts to start WW III on the Part of Zelensky. Sorry, you lost, Russia won. Keeping dicking around and lose more land. Best to cut a deal now—but I don’t think that is possible now. The war will end with one side a winner and the other crushed. Remember the Nazis marching into Paris? All the Frenchmen and women crying? This will be re-enacted when Russians march into Kiev. At least the killing will be stopped.

I don't think we are advocating for the Russian conquest of Ukraine. It's not in our national interest for that to happen. The war is Biden's mess but Trump is trying to get it resolved.
Trump is trying to draw a line in the sand so the fighting will stop immediately. But Putin is not going to want to do that because he feels that he has leverage over Ukraine now.
If Ukraine did, they could try but they have no ABM weapons. But if a western country with come sort of interceptor that could make it deep into Russia did, that would be a direct NATO attack on Russia.... not good.

Why is the fate of Ukraine a US national interest? Other than a few guys reliving their Cold War moment of glory, big money like BlackRock, and a bunch of emotional people wanting the Grandpa’s old country to be America’s interest... most people couldn’t care less who runs Ukraine.
It’ll either be a neonazi dictatorship with, no semblance of freedom. Or Russians with significantly more freedom.

First of all, Trump will get blamed for "losing" Ukraine. Congress may impeach him over it and yes, RINOs will be happy to play along.
NATO will demand Trump to send American troops to defend the Baltics.
I propose the following:
Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova will be neutral countries. No presence of Russian or NATO troops, essentially becoming buffer states. The trick will be getting the Russians to agree with that with regards to Belarus.
The Baltic states, will remain with NATO (actually any country currently in NATO will remain in NATO). But the rights of the Russian minorities in those countries must be respected.
The Crimea is to be jointly administered by Russia and Ukraine, will full access granted to both countries.
The MDA has done a very good job with the hands that they have been dealt but they have been screwed by Clinton when he was in office, sidelined to a large degree by GWOT funding priority shifts, direct sabotage and tech transfer to China under Obama and Biden.
We can still throw down but nothing compared to what might have been
The Euros and the Zelensky have spent the last two weeks intimidating, propagandizing, colluding, and doing everything in full force to keep this war going with Russia. The idea has been to draw the US into it and get Trump to fund and enter into it deeper for them.
It is foul.

That move is designed to benefit Ukraine and the western belligerents and Russia knows it. The minute there is a 30 day cease fire, NATO will flood in so called peacekeepers to embed all along the line with Uke forces, F-16s will flood into Uke bases with western pilots who will immediately start no-fly patrols, etc.
From that moment on, Ukraine/NATO will keep up the occasional assassination bombings, industrial and infrastructure sabotage attacks, or the occasional small drone attack that Kiev will deny. With Kiev behind the NATO shield and our people embedded everywhere, they cannot retaliate.
The 30 day cease-fire is a scam and Russia plays chess. They see it coming a mile away.
We are the ones desperate for the deal, they aren’t.
