Woops.... posted this first in the Miami GP thread....
Tsunoda just unemployed himself.
I can’t imagine Horner will tolerate him breaking two cars in three weekends.

Watching the quals today, I thought I heard one of the announcers say that this would be the last year for F1 at Imola.
Zat true?
rumor has it...
The only component they didn’t replace on Tsunoda’s car ... was the steering wheel. He’ll start from pit lane but at least he’ll have an entirely new drive train; ICE, turbocharger, MGU-H, MGU-K, energy store, control electronics and exhaust system, ... the whole kit and kaboodle.
Which also means there’ll be a penalty later in the season for using too many engines and trannys.
And the survival cell. They apparently don’t keep a complete one in the parts bin and the replacement is a mix and match of components of different specifications.
Even had to replace the pine tree air freshener.
But all those energy-dissipating components gave their lives in a good cause because Tsunoda apparently is in fine fettle (although I expect his cajones are not quite so large as they were yesterday).
Hemlut Marko says Tsunoda’s habit of breaking his cars will make Monaco interesting because their supply of spare parts is stretched thin, and Monaco tends to have more than its share of paint swapping.
I heard a commentator on Sky yesterday suggesting that RBR might be looking at moving Hadjar up from the junior team because he’s shown decent pace, has had two top-10 finishes, and in five starts has yet to put a scratch on his car.
It then goes to Monza...
Changes every five years or so - it’s Italy!
