President Donald Trump announced on Friday revealed plans on Friday to create the National Center for Warrior Independence at the West Los Angeles VA Campus. This new initiative is aimed at offering critical support and housing for homeless veterans. Trump also directed that money originally set aside for services and housing for illegal immigrants be reallocated to help America's veterans instead. The White House said its goal is to house up to 6,000 homeless veterans at the center by 2028.

Donald Trump should repurpose some of the 300 + acres of NIH Campus for Vets. Bethesda Naval Hospital is literally across the street and has excellent mass transit on site.
It’s worse than that. The government has a duty of care to its veterans. It also has a duty of care to citizens and taxpayers. It’s only duty to illegal entrants is to ensure that their exit is safe for the citizens. I do not advocate harming the illegals, but its a risk they assumed when they entered illegally.
Who would I contact to get employed helping to manage this worthy effort? I am a veteran who has served 10 years and I have served in the private sector honorably for over 30 years. Thanks!

The left will play right into his hands and try to stop Trump from taking money meant for illegal immigrants housing and re-allocating it for homeless vets. Great campaign fodder for the mid terms.
