I’m very happy for DJT, but why isn’t there a MAGA backload of these types of lawsuits? Every day is a new political lie affecting elections, either immediately or down the road.
No mention of the fact that the FCC could revoke CBS broadcast license. In effect putting them out of business.
The licensed to broadcast in the public interest. If you cover up that one of the major candidates for the office of the presidency can't put together a coherent thought during an interview, you are not broadcasting in the public interest. It is in the public interest that the voting public knows that Kamala Harris is an idiot.
There needs to be no monetary settlement. CBS needs to take 60 Minutes off the air permanently. Let the left call it censorship. Counter it with a ‘self’ censorship. Either that or an offer they can’t refuse. Trump has them by the balls and he needs no settlement money. The fans of that show are left leaning and need their information in quick sound bites.
Then rub it in the nose of Dan Rather.

I really want to see the emails and voice mails dealing with editing that interview like a hostage note made from cut apart letters from a magazine.

This is the second most notorious example of gross election interference by CBS. The top was the phony Texas ANG letter in 2004. Bush should have sued, but he was a "nice" Republican. And the poster child for what "nice" gets you versus Democrats. Trump is a New Yorker from Queens and not to be F'ed with.
