His last retweet, on April 14, slams the Trump administration's deportation of undocumented migrant and Maryland resident Kilmar Abrego Garcia to El Salvador.
The post reads: 'Do you not see the suffering? Is your conscience not disturbed? How can you stay quiet?'
Pope Leo XIV also shared several articles that address Catholic JD Vance's stance on immigration. One of them is titled: 'JD Vance is wrong: Jesus doesn't ask us to rank our love for others.'

Kind of like when they gave the Nobel Peace Prize to Barack Obama.
And there were actually people trashing Lara loomer over her post calling out this new pope. She posted proof. This pope is gonna be as bad as the old one.
...and empties the bank
...for "the children"
look how high that wall is, compared to the heights of the people below. That wall is positively ginormous
Oh noes!
A lefty pope!
Women priests!
Pam Bondi will be a Bishop!
C’mon folks...give him a chance now that he has the whole Roman church to be concerned with.
And I’m no Roman either.
He should live up to his own teachings and have love for Trump, Vance and conservatives. But he doesn’t.

The Vatican joins Canada and Australia in voting against Trump to teach us a lesson by wrecking their own places.
the need the CASH DONATIONS of American Catholics...... its a money grab to prop up the Vatican

Practicing Catholic. Couldn’t stand Francis. Hoping for the best but fearing the worst. All that aside, thank you. Aside from Islam no one gets hit on this forum like the Catholic Church . That “whore of Babylon” crap just gets so tiresome
As Gomer said, “Surprise, surprise, surprise.”
Father Bob is a Chiraq loser, probably a Cub fan too.
Yeah well it’s not about their religion. It’s not like the people we most want removed are just good practicing persecuted Catholics. They do not have an inherent right to come into America. To the extent there is suffering in their home countries, that they may be persecuted (though most of it is really just economics) we can love and try to help them where they are. Venezuela has shown what NOT to do to help the people. El Salvador and Argentina are turning things around. Should we not also love the people who did not break laws? Should we not try to make things better for them where they are now?
Can’t wait to see how many miggies he’s going to invite to live with him at the Vatican.
He belongs to the order of St Augustine.
From their website....
“The Rule of St. Augustine:
The main purpose for your having come together is to live harmoniously in your house, intent upon God, with one heart and one soul (Acts 4:32).
Therefore call nothing your own, but let everything be yours in common. Food and clothing shall be distributed to each of you by your superior, not equally to all, for all do not enjoy equal health, but rather according to each one’s need. For so you read in the Acts of the Apostles that “they had all things in common, and each was given what he needed”
Sounds a lot like “from each according to their ability to each according to their needs” - Straight out of Karl Marx.
If he follows these dictates, nothing is going to change and the catholic church will further decline into irrelevance - just another leftist organization.
Very, very saddened that we have another leftwing pope. Exact opposite of what the Church and the world needed at this moment in time.
><
Yes, it’s very sad. He is a powerful sign of the times.
He takes the side of Kilmar. What more needs to be known? 👿
Where are his writings about Nanzi Polizei on insider trading?
So far the communists haven’t managed to pack the Supreme Court but they sure as hell did pack the College of Cardinals. Now there’s going to be another pope who champions sodomy, mengelization of innocent, ignorant children, and the destruction of the United States through uncontrolled migration.
I expected another political activist instead of a religious leader. Pope Benedict used to talk about internal conflicts within the Vatican, and that a particular faction was taking over. I guess we know what that faction was.
