He is trying to knock ot the support pillars (Deep State) one pillar at a time and build the USA like a real estate property.
The man at least sees the enemy. It is intstutionalized. He will have to continue to go along with this war and hope he and those like him in the future carry on the cause of uprooting the forces which only exist because of the very government they suck money out of.
