Cult coffee chain Starbucks has sparked uproar among Gen Z workers after drastically changing their uniform.
In a video posted to X, Starbucks union workers in Seattle can be seen marching on management in response to the new dress code.
The clip was captioned, “Starbucks workers across the country are facing understaffing, inaccessible benefits, discrimination, and low wages.
“Instead of fixing these issues, Starbucks decided to introduce an unpopular, more conservative dress code.”
A barista wearing a bandana and a party hat can be seen addressing management, saying, “I don’t understand how [the dress code] is in good faith of letting us express ourselves.”
Another worker then says, “We’re just expected to lie down and accept it,” as union members clap and cheer.
Early last month, Starbucks confirmed they were updating its dress code for a “more consistent coffeehouse experience.”

Purple hair, nose rings, tongue rings, neck, arms, face all tatted up, smh, can’t work an 8 hour day, it’s just so hard for them. Where the hell did these weaklings come from, it’s pitiful. I can’t imagine what this country will be like in another 50 years.

I’m 62 and had a starbucks coffee 1 time in my life. Actually it was just 1 sip. I set the coffee down and walked away. I drink coffee straight black. That was enough for me! I could care less what happened to that place...
Another reason to never go to Starbucks. I would make sure all people who service the Starbucks infrastructure wear offensive fashions (maga hats, gun t shirts,, etc) at the stores which have unions. Anyone raising a stink gets fired. Let them express themselves on the street or at the welfare office
If they don't like the new uniforms make them wear MAGA hats.

I asked for coffee.. the pencil-necked geek said “What would you like in it?”
I said, “Coffee...”
He said, “You, you just want plain coffee?” with a surprised look on his face...
I turned and walked out...
Its really a xo promise position. The workers will still have a crap attitude and many will still have hep c and other diseases and piercings and tattoos, its just trying to slap a veneer or respectability over most of their surface area while they are at work.
