Ukraine has accepted the sex change industry. If you are asking if they perform it on prisoners as acts of "compassion", I have no clue.

But I seriously doubt Russia does so.

My point of course, is that neither Russia nor Ukraine has the moral high ground when it comes to killing journalists in prison.
