It’s all relative. If you were top of your class 4 decades ago you are brilliant. If you were top of your class 2-3 decades ago you’re very intelligent. If you were top of your class over the last 10-15 years, you are merely “proficient”.

It is my experience that women of color who are substantially aided by programs such as affirmative action and DEI compensate for what they know is unearned advancement by being aggressively ignorant.

And... the dumb take their marching orders from someone manipulating them. It happens all the time. The sweet thing about this instance, is Trump getting free publicity for a policy a great majority of the American people support. The more they decry these deportations, the more popular Trump becomes for the guy with the guts to do it.
