US President Donald Trump's Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, has said Washington and Kyiv have reached an agreement on 22 concrete action plans aimed at ending the war with Russia.
Kellogg spoke to Fox News on Tuesday about last week's peace talks in London, which included representatives from the US, Ukraine, and the E3 countries (the United Kingdom, France, and Germany).
“We came up with 22 very specific actions, after very candid and frank and hard discussions with the Ukrainians, we think we're in a very, very good position,” he said.
He admitted that Ukrainian officials "didn't like them all," but "that's normal when you have any negotiations," and that "I think we're in pretty good shape with them."
“When you look at everything the Ukrainians are willing to work with, now it's over to the Russians, over to Putin. We've got one side. Now you need to come up the other side. And I think we're close,” he added.
Kellogg dismisses Russia's ceasefire as ‘Absurd’
Kellogg criticized Russia's three-day ceasefire earlier this month, calling it "absurd," and reiterated Trump's call for a permanent and comprehensive ceasefire agreement.
He argued that Russia is not winning a portion of the war, claiming, "Russia has not made any major advances in the last year and a half."
“Russia has not made any major advances in the last year and a half. They haven't taken the city of Kyiv, the capital. They haven't pushed west of the Dnieper River, which is a major obstacle. They haven't taken Odessa. They've lost hundreds of thousands of soldiers. And they haven't really moved anything.”
“Ukrainians are fighting on their own soil. They're fighting hard,” he added.

“The Wagner Group and other emerging Russia-backed forces and ‘advisers’ exploit the resources and people of African countries for their personal gain. They are a threat to stability and prosperity in countries where they are present,” a spokesperson for the U.S. State Department said in an emailed statement.
“These forces do not lower terrorism but rather exacerbate the threat by pursuing draconian, violent tactics. This results in dramatic increases of cyclical violence,” the spokesperson added.
WGAF about Wagner, Swampy. This war is won, Zelensky lost and Trump is standing knee deep is Ukie minerals. Take that back to your Neocon goofballs, and don’t try anymore war with the Trumper!!
“… The Russians know from the Reagan years that the US Military-Industrial Complex is superior in the long-term over the Russian MIC.…”
*******************************************************************
True, but certainly not as superior as it was in 1981 when Reagan began his time in office. In 1981 National Debt was $998 Billion (31% Debt-To-GDP-Ratio) and in 2025 our National Debt has ballooned to about $36,214 Billion with a Debt-To-GDP-Ratio somewhere north of 120%.
Russia has many problems but it has been wise to not burden itself with such a massive national debt.
I think we should avoid overconfidence and I also think the nation we should be most concerned with is China and not Russia.
