Hunter Biden abruptly drops lawsuit against IRS — a move the whistleblowers say shows ‘everything you need to know’

Hunter Biden abruptly dropped his lawsuit Wednesday against two Internal Revenue Service whistleblowers who alleged a wide-ranging cover-up in the Department of Justice to stonewall the tax fraud investigation into him.

The Biden scion had slapped a lawsuit against the two whistleblowers in 2023, alleging that they “targeted and sought to embarrass Mr. Biden via public statements to the media in which they and their representatives disclosed confidential information about a private citizen’s tax matters.”

Without detailing a specific reason why, the scandal-scarred 55-year-old voluntarily moved to dismiss his lawsuit against Gary Shapley, who was an IRS supervisory special agent at the time in question, and Joe Ziegler, who was an agent.

“It’s always been clear that the lawsuit was an attempt to intimidate us,” the two men said in a statement. “Intimidation and retaliation were never going to work. We truly wanted our day in court to provide the complete story, but it appears Mr. Biden was afraid to actually fight this case in a court of law after all.”

“His voluntary dismissal of the case tells you everything you need to know about who was right and who was wrong.”

The dismissal comes about a month after Biden’s four attorneys on the lawsuit, Abbe David Lowell, Christopher Man, David Kolansky and Isabella Oishi filed a motion to withdraw as his counsel.

Shapley and Ziegler had complained to their chain of command about the handling of the government’s investigation into Biden. Eventually, they reached out to the Office of Special Counsel (OSC), a federal watchdog and Republican lawmakers in Congress.

The attorneys withdrew because Hunter stopped paying them.

Court documents are revealing things Hunter Biden doesnt want you to know:
<><>he worked for Burisma from 2014-2018,
<><>he was paid just under $5 million.
<><>for zero experience in energy production or distribution.
<><>AND Hunter NEVER ONCE set foot in Ukraine during his “employment.”

Hunter Biden got Obama to help Burisma subsidiary,
letter reveals collusion: ‘See where our interests may overlap’

WASHINGTON — Hunter Biden got help from Obama while his father served as vice president. Hunter was employed by Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings, which paid the younger Biden a million-dollar salary based on his political connections, federal files published Friday show.

The documents — which emerged 73 days after Joe Biden’s presidency ended — show Hunter, now 55, solicited and received commitments of State Department assistance for a Burisma geothermal subsidiary’s work in Italy. Then-US Ambassador to Rome John Phillips, who had received a letter from Hunter asking for help, wrote to the then-second son in July 2016 that he was designating a subordinate to help grease the wheels for Burisma, which was seeking to firm up relations with then-Tuscany regional president Enrico Rossi.

“Dear Hunter, It seems like yesterday that you were in Rome. I hope this finds you well. Thank you for your letter. I know Enrico Rossi well and have a good working relationship with him,” the ambassador wrote in a response printed by the New York Times. “I spoke to the Senior Commercial Officer at the Embassy, [name redacted], and though the amount of direct support we can provide to a Ukrainian company is limited, I’ve asked him to be the point of contact, see where our interests may overlap, and facilitate contact with Mr. Rossi.” (Excerpt) Read more at nypost.com

New Unredacted Documents Show VP Joe Biden Negotiating Oil,
Gas Deals to Benefit Hunter and Burisma Thru Secret Email Accounts

Joe Biden’s private email scandal is likely much worse than Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. And just like Hillary, Biden was never indicted for his use of burner phones and private emails while he was US Vice President. Special Counsel Robert Hur ignored Joe Biden’s use of private emails.

The National Archives previously confirmed through a FOIA response that they found 5,138 email messages and 25 electronic files pertaining to the known Joe Biden pseudonym accounts robinware456@gmail.com, JRBWare@gmail.com and Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov. According to newly unredacted documents, in 2014, while Joe Biden was publicly calling for sanctions against Russia, he was privately negotiating an oil and gas deal to help his son Hunter.

Just The News reported: While Joe Biden publicly led the charge to punish Russia for its first invasion of Ukraine, privately he used his tax paid vice president office to quietly open a backdoor for Moscow’s gas to flow to its neighbor in fall 2014, at a time when his son Hunter’s Ukrainian energy company sought such help, according to government messages in a private email account kept from Americans for more than a decade.

The emails, sent to Joe Biden’s private account that used the fake name RobinWare456@gmail.com, were recently turned over by the National Archives, mostly redacted, to Just the News under an open records lawsuit and in unredacted form to the House Oversight and Accountability Committee that continues to investigate corruption concerns surrounding the former first family.

They confirm that Joe Biden played a secret role at a “critical moment” to help secure Russia’s willingness to re-open natural gas spigots to Ukraine, a deal that publicly Germany and its then-chancellor, Angela Merkel, received credit for brokering.

“Ukraine gas deal was just signed. The Germans earlier indicated to Tony that your call had come at a critical moment,” the vice president’s Deputy National Security Advisor Jeffrey Prescott wrote in an Oct. 30, 2014 email to Joe Biden’s private account that appears to reference then-Deputy Secretary of State Tony Blinken, a longtime Biden confident who would later serve as Biden’s chief diplomat during the 46th presidency....more

“Abbe David Lowell, Christopher Man, David Kolansky and Isabella Oishi filed a motion to withdraw as his counsel.” That these lefty corrupniks would bail out of the case means either that they knew Biden would stiff them on paying his legal fees or their reputations would be even further tarnished than they already are.

Hunter and his lawyer Abbe Lowell withdrew their case against Garret Ziegler for exposing contents of his laptop last March. The reason was Hunter didn’t have the financial means to proceed with the case.

The reason was Hunter didn’t have the financial means to proceed with the case.

Even though at the time of the withdrawal he was sporting around tony areas of Capetown on a months long vacation with Secret Service protection. Apparently he had the "financial means" for an expensive, extended vacation, but not a lawsuit.
