He thinks that congress can negotiate tariffs with other nations?

Congress cannot even agree whether to inhale or exhale at any given moment.

That job requires an executive decision maker…and we the people elected one!

All congress does is decide how much to shakedown We the People and max our giant credit card out…like an out of control wife.

He needs to keep his criticism directed at congress not OUR president.
