The whistleblower behind a stunning report submitted to Congress - exposing what he claims is a secret Pentagon program tracking unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) - has now revealed his identity and says he fears for his future...
Matthew Brown is a former U.S. national security official who previously served as a Policy Advisor for the Office of the Secretary of Defense, a Technical Advisor for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security, and a Program Advisor for the Department of State.
...
Brown is the author of the Immaculate Constellation Field Report, a document entered into the Congressional Record earlier this year that alleges the Executive Branch has been secretly managing UAP programs for decades - without congressional oversight.
...
'He did everything lawfully,' he said. 'He pushed his material through pre-publication review at the State Department. They didn't push back. He did everything by the book.'
...
Brown revealed that he had read through classified mission reports, one of which documented a naval operation in the Pacific where a large black triangle-shaped UFO 'decloaked' out of thin air over several Russian vessels.
The Russian ships appeared to be waiting for this ship to appear and, according to the photos in the report, Brown believes the US photographed the incident using a top-secret submersible vehicle.
The whistleblower explained that the ultimate goal of Immaculate Constellation is to achieve global surveillance of all UAPs worldwide.

Me?
I’m just a nobody dude on an anonymous board!
Who would believe me?
Besides, there is no proof that would be sufficient.
“Anyone else still curious about the NJ drones that have suddenly disappeared from the news and all national thought?”
Yes, I am not at all happy with the lack of true disclosure. “they are safe” is NOT enough. Trump still owes us that one. I think they are Elon’s new toys for Law Enforcement and the Military. I think they are part of the coming Skynet Matrix he is building. They are going to be following us around everywhere and looking in our windows with those.
What a pile of ....
AI probably never will exist.
My view is that the Deep State followed standard protocol after any UFO flap.
The first few sightings are legitimate NHI—and then the military floods the zone with fakes (in this case it was contractor drones) to muddy the waters.
The most famous example was the Phoenix Lights. Thousands of folks had solid UFO sightings so the military rushed flares into the air so the flares could become the official explanation.
You can say “AI” is not “intelligent” but it does not need to fit your definition of intelligence to put a boot on every human face.
Because the authorities cannot do anything about the phenomenon and cannot stand to admit they are powerless in the face of non-human technology and presence.
Errmm, wait. No, no, no.
"Keeping this secret is for the best interest of the people, to avoid widespread panic".
That last bit might not even be totally wrong. It's still an excuse to cover the bruised egos of the authorities.
I expect the government found what they were looking for and curtailed the activity afterwards.
Most of those drones were ours.
That is part of the story.
How do they justify a one trillion dollar defense budget when folks can get kidnapped and given medical exams against their will in the middle of the night and the authorities can do nothing about it?
“Well, sorry about that but we had wars to fight all over the world. Oh and by the way you are crazy so sit down and shut up.”
1350... The Crucifixion of Christ, which hangs above the altar of the Visoki Decani Monastery in Kosovo, depicts the crucifixion of Jesus Christ with a clear airborne craft in each corner of the painting.
(RIP)
The ones that caused AF bases to shut down and redirect in-coming air traffic (Wright-Patterson) and caused the movement of F-22 air wings to other bases (Langley AFB) sure weren't ours.
It is possible, but we have even developed Ball Spheres that have been leaked. So I think the “unexplained ones” were ours too. I was sure from the beginning it was one big practice maneuver by LE/Military contractors with the coming surveillance tech.

Easy.
That money all gets spent on goodies and the profits go to cronies and friends of the politicians. What more justification do they need?
If people are really being abducted and give very uncomfortable physical examinations by non-humans, there is not one dammed thing the authorities can do about that, other than pretend it doesn't happen.
We do that with wildlife sometimes. The critters picked up for research don't have anything to say about it. It stinks that we might be on the other side of that scenario. I thought we were supposed to be the Apex Predators around here.
But the most serious threat to human beings comes from - other human beings. And we get a lot of shiny toys from those trillion-dollar defense spends, some of which are quite effective at killing people and breaking things.
Maybe that defense spend is not totally wasted.
“One would ping the Freeper once known as Quix, if he were still around.”
I was thinking that too.
The problem is that the “flap” was international in scope—and involved a wide variety of “craft”, orbs etc.
The “drones” claim were just a cover story to confuse the issue.
Big picture—if we are not the Apex predator then the entire concept of national security needs a hard second look.
The military industrial complex does not want to go there.
No, they were not.
There were and are multiple agendas in play, and multiple players. "Ours" and "Theirs".
Opportunistic gaslighting by authorities is only one of the exploits in progress.
Yes, I believe that non-human activities are another part of what is going on.
Yes, but they were all over the U.S. or U.S. authorized/controlled airspace in other countries. The “U.S. airbases” was a connection for me.
