The Canadian voting citizenry are their own worst enemy.
————-
Election rigging is my first suspicion ,that’s what liberals do. If like us when under senile Joe, MSM squashed and discounted all proof / questions about voting being rigged.

The other side of the coin, it will make the Canadian’s uprising more violent….

A prevailing media theme is that President Trump wrecked the upcoming conservative victory over the liberals by talk of Canada becoming a 51st state.

I believe that the Liberal Party would have won anyway since Trudeau is now out of power.

If any conservative wants to learn anything from Trump its that you are not going to win being passive. That doesn’t mean you have to be Trump, because no one else can and its all him, but it means to say what you mean and do what you say without apologizing to people that are offended because no matter what you say you will not be able to please all of the people. Had Pierre Poilievre been BOLD but articulate (which he is good at) I think he had a chance. He should have taken the reigns the moment Trudeau resigned, thanked the Canadian people for their victory, danced on his grave and marched on from there. Rather, he played prevent defense which only prevents you from winning.

The liberals ditching Justine Trudeau, was the key strategy for winning this election.

Trump threw some gas on the fire, but at the end of the day the Canadians are liberal internationals who want to be governed as such.

Well said.

“If any conservative wants to learn anything from Trump its that you are not going to win being passive”.

I’m watching Donald Trump presiding over another Cabinet meeting and the team he has assembled is outstanding.
They are certainly not passive and their accomplishments proves your point.

Canadians like most the rest of the Anglosphere never and unlike the USA never rejected absolutism they just grounded it in parliament instead of the king. Parliament can literally do anything, pass any law with no constraints. Canada’s Charter of Rights is a joke as is their Supreme Court. They were better off and freer before repatriation. Pierre Trudeau a committed socialist didn’t institute the Charter of Rights to limit government power but to enhance it by guaranteeing there could be no appeal to a neutral power in the form of the privy council. All those “rights” in this ridiculous charter can be overridden if the government has a “pressing and substantial” need to do it, the Oakes test. What a farce! You got rights as long as they don’t keep the government from doing what it wants. On top of that there are no property rights in the Charter and without property there can be no liberty. If the government can freeze your bank account because it does not like what you say then you are a slave not a man. It is better to die on your feet than live on your knees.

October Crisis - 1970

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/October_Crisis

These events saw Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau invoking the War Measures Act for the first time in Canadian history during peacetime.

In other words, like France….Carney’s picture of holding hands with Macron ( how sweet) was a give away. The EU, and now Canada are more of a threat to us than Russia.

That said, I have a hard time believing Canadians ( the people) will not revolt, the longer these clowns are in power, the greater the revolt. Fools.

I don’t think Canadians want a dictator or that their elections are crooked. I believe their idea of ordered liberty is inimicable to both liberty and order, and that they are easily duped. Most Canadians are likely better versed in US politics than their own because they are more exposed to US culture and media. They trust their government because they are clueless about what it is about.

Carney is a POS of the first order. Unfortunately, the majority of Canadians simply are A-holes. All of them are going to learn rather quickly that Canada’s existence is completely dependent upon the US, both politically and economically.

Good luck on Alberta independence. That will get the attention of those frauds in Ottawa.

Way to go, Formerly Proud Canadian!

IF the Alberta Prosperity Project can get the 177k petition signatures quickly, a referendum on independence MAY APPEAR ON THE MUNICIPAL BALLOT ON OCTOBER 20, 2025! (ALL Alberta municipalities hold their elections on October 20, 2025.)

Assuming it is on the ballot, the FIRST STEP is that there be 50%+1 votes FOR independence. Of course, Comrade Marx Carney, the Laurentianist Premiers, the New Dipsh1t Party, Lieberal Party, and the LEFT LEANING COURTS will do ALL THEY CAN, to nullify the results.

I can't begin to speculate on how it might proceed. All I am concerned with is getting the referendum on the October ballot. First things first!

It’s a great start to an exciting future. I’m happy for you and all citizens of Alberta.

When I visited the Canadian Rockies resort, Banff, I was blown away at the beauty of Alberta. And of course you’ve got the legend of Wayne Gretsky too.

Pretty sure, if Alberta DOES break free from the Marxists in Ottawa, you’ll start enjoying a great relationship with the US of A :-)

Carney is another, albeit less demented, POTATUS.

He isn’t running anything.

The people who installed him are running things.

You know what else the people who installed him support?

A home equity tax.

God help Canada.
