The underground bases and tunnels definitely exist. I have been told that you can now go from coast to coast totally underground.
Supposedly there is a list of people who will be brought to the tunnels when whatever is coming is about to happen. Most people who are on the list don’t know they are on the list. The list includes people who will be necessary to continue as a species like doctors, engineers, farmers, etc. It also includes elites who know about the tunnels and have been instrumental in their creation.
