Here in NY we had a dude in a dress splash water on the floor and then be distraught over his “period”.
So this will be a person who can actually do it when to tell them to go f**k themself.

I do agree but will assist those that wish. I am not a surgeon but often dress out animals I have killed for food. Hell it would be a just a slash there to open a suitable orifice, remove a bit of the upper colon and reattach it to the lower colon. Take the colon segment removed and place it in the orifice made that we now call the vagina. Then comes the difficult part, reconnecting the blood supply to the new vagina to the small vesicles of the wound. It will probably fail and you will die.
The above is satire to show the insanity of it all. These dudes that want surgery to become women are insane. Post surgery they are simply medically mutilated men. Doctors that do this surgerys perhaps may be insane but they are definitionaly evil. The same can be said for surgeons that do the same to females.
