Over cooling is not limited to Florida. And BTW, 97 is hotter than normal.

Probably, but it feels strange to me. I don't have AC at home (open the windows if it's hot out). There might be 5 nights a year I wish I had AC, but I burn 3 cords of wood to help my heating system along from October to May.
