The only due process any of these people are owed is a 24-48 hr period for them to retrieve the paperwork that justifies their legal residence in the US. Failure to produce that paperwork in a timely manner ought to earn them a trip to the airport.
Anyone helping them avoid the trip to the airport, should be charged with a felony and a minimum mandatory sentence of 10 years in jail.
