I guess "she" or non-binary or whatever is furious that they and their crazy, whacko policies are losing.

That they can’t see that the radical left ABANDONED the Culture is amazing…and instructive. They’re crazy. Seriously.

Leftism is a very serious mental illness and Ana Marie Cox has a huge case of it.

What they call the radical right used to be the center. Kinda comical.

I find reading articles like this is amusing.
I often have to double check to be sure it wasn’t written by the Babylon Bee.

I think it is great that Free Republic has a Humor category now. But now we are left with the hard choice of whether to post such articles in Humor or in Psychiatric Insights. What do you mean that Psychiatric Insights is not a category? Why articles like this are just about text-book examples. I am quite sure students use them as a sort of study guide. How could I have been so mistaken?

Ah, yes.
Radical
It is Radical to get up every day, go to work, try to take care of your family and loved ones, honor God and country, and just want the government to stay the heck out of your life.
Work is Radical. Funneling money through USAID is “normal” to these creeps. It is sooooo much easier than getting up every day.
Billy Jeff Clinton once changed the historic term Rugged Individualism. He called it Radical Individualism. Wanting no part of the collective hive mind is Radical to these Marxist / Leninists.
It is Radical to believe in the American Founding.

How the Radical Right Captured the Culture Founded America
What’s “the radical right”?
Patriot?
Lover of the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and America?
Lover of freedom and faith?
Washington, Jefferson, and the Founders?
Hater of the Lying Left?
Good company, that. Count me in.

The culture of the majority of people tends to fall in the middle. People there have jobs and make things work. They collect garbage, they teach drivers ed, they stock shelves, they process food. For all of these things they are paid money which they use to buy things for their family. They buy houses, utilities, food, transportation, clothing and last on their list is entertainment. They are the middle.
For some reason the guys that are the leaders in both political parties hate these people.
The finance people think that they are easily replaceable by imports who will be meeker and know their place.
The artist people think that they should be "educated" out of their values and of wanting grandchildren.

Common sense is pretty radical when men wearing dresses and demanding to be called “ma’am” is normal.

Exactly. To admit the obvious is to admit their entire world view is false. Cognitive dissonance. They will do anything to avoid admitting their world view is wrong, fundamentally wrong.
