I’m thinking a 12 gauge with a shot packed with a mini equivalent of the old chain shot for anti-drone work.
This post will serve as “prior art” if someone tries to take this idea and patent it.
here’s the thing, though, it says that the rifle disrupts the signal between the operator and the drone. But what if you just know the GPS coordinates of the target and you just program that into the machine and the drone just goes about its business autonomously. Then the rifle would do nothing?
They are amazing. In Ukraine many drones are now trailing a microwave zap immune fiber optic back to the ground controller as a counter-counter measure...
or you could just program the device with a 3-D model of the target and they could just go by site without having to deal with any signals whatsoever? And then boom.
That’s another thing to consider.
Also, for the EM charge to be effective, wouldn’t the power supply have to be a LOT bigger?
Seems that it would make more sense to have something mounted, manned and powered at an elevated position or two.

No problems, the examiner asked for prioritizing which claims to review first, and for a few clarifications, but it was granted the first time through.

oh, you must be referring to the comment about the muslims. That came with the video so I posted it. Besides, I think there are people other than muslims that would want to go after a high-profile funeral, right? For some reason this guy is focused on muslim drones. No idea.
