The UK doesn't have the troops/equipment and never sincerely planned to deploy in the first place, IMHO. But they all want the US to deploy - we're to be the ultimate proxy for the UK.

Britain has the manpower, they arrive on rubber boats every day. Why not just tell them either they go back home or they get to fight Russia?
The UK and NATO are hollow armies. Those of us with active brain cells know this.

The truth is, the Europeans thought if they went ahead with this plan, they could drag the US into it and have the US suppling the troops to do this.
With President Trump, they know this is a lost cause...

It was always insane for NATO countries to send troops to Ukraine.
Putin has said repeatedly that if NATO troops roll in, he’ll roll out his nukes. Is he bluffing? I don’t know, but I’m not willing to risk it to find out.
