A federal judge on Thursday blocked President Donald Trump from implementing an executive order that requires voters to show documentation proving their U.S. citizenship to cast a ballot in federal elections.
U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, a Bill Clinton appointee, granted a preliminary injunction stopping the Trump administration from going forward with the proof-of-citizenship requirements as a lawsuit plays out, the Associated Press reported. The lawsuit, filed by the Democratic National Committee and leftist voting rights groups, claims that Trump’s order is “an unlawful action that threatens to uproot our tried-and-tested election systems and silence potentially millions of Americans.”

This clown has no standing and no jurisdiction to issue nationwide injunctions. Congress is moving on this and the SC has a case coming up. Oral arguments May 15. This clown's jurisdiction is limited to Washington DC, which isn't even a US State.

What a surprise. On the positive side, the federal government has plenty of money and resources to fight these decisions. Imagine the legal teams that could be assembled to go to battle on these decisions.
This “stuff” is really getting old. A few of these “Judges” need to be legally “stomped into the ground” by Appellate Courts to the extent they learn - - - or quit.

It doesn’t really help to get emotional. On an individual citizen level we can only vote and call our reps.
The most effective thing we can do is pray.

You’re right. No place on earth allows casual border crossing and then voting by the illegals. They are strict as can be.
Only trouble is SCOTUS ruled that state legislatures don’t have standing either.

This judge is a nasty piece of work. She sent a 75 year old woman who is ill to prison for two years. The reason: she was praying outside an abortion clinic. When her husband said he was concerned that she would die behind bars this judge taunted the husband saying she should stay alive because of she had a responsibility to do so because it was a tenet of her Christian faith.
