That’s why I posted this. I never thought about that but...yea you know that was going on.
I take the less traveled road here. I think the judge was somehow in love with the family guest. Maybe the wife and daughter, too, but I think the judge wanted in his pants. I hope the State Attorney General reviews this Judge’s courtroom rulings.
What was this Gang Member doing in the Judge’s private quarters all that time - gaming with his toggle switch, playing Fortnight?
That’s a huge possibility that I overlooked. Would make sense completely.

Ought to be a law against this, and there ought to be substantial consequences for a judge to do this.
