Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has declassified a shocking plan by former President Joe Biden’s administration for dealing with domestic terrorists. Last Wednesday, Gabbard released a June 2021 document titled “Strategic Implementation Plan for Countering Domestic Terrorism” (henceforth “the Plan”). But despite the release receiving over 6.3 million views on X by Monday morning, the major media has ignored the document.
While Americans are very familiar with many Biden era policies, the newly declassified document reveals that the actions were part of a coordinated action from early in the administration across a wide range of government agencies to target “domestic terrorists.” To combat this domestic threat, the Biden administration advocated censorship, closing people’s accounts at banks or financial institutions (so-called “de-banking”), and gun control.
Identifying criminal activity through people’s speech already raises serious concerns, but the new document goes even further. It shows that officials aimed to track “concerning non-criminal behavior” – a move with no precedent in the U.S. This revelation casts the Biden administration’s actions in a very different light and redefines how the public should interpret recent revelations.
The Plan starts by casting a wide net in how it identifies “concerning” activities. It instructs authorities to “provide resources to state, local, tribal, and territorial law enforcement that cover relevant iconography, symbology, and phraseology used by many domestic terrorists.” Most disturbingly, and completely absent from the publicly released unclassified version of the Plan in June 2021, it directed the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the Department of Homeland Security to target “incidents of concerning non-criminal behavior.”
Although the original unclassified and newly declassified versions of the Plan mention “freedom of expression” a few times, the updated version strongly suggests that censorship is necessary to protect both democracy and free speech. The language closely mirrors the European

The MSM think censoring people who disagree with them is a great idea.
They are disappointed the Biden administration plan was not fully implemented.
they were searching for “Thought Criminals”. The TC’s voted them out - massively.
You cannot call yourself a patriot and still do business with BOA or USAA.
Biden’s counter-terrorism MO claiming an “unbiased approach”
but used unconstitutional and blatant civil liberty infringements:
<><>included social media surveillance,
<><>intrusive data collection,
<><>community-level monitoring,
<><>efforts to influence public narratives
<><>consistently targeted US citizens he labeled “domestic extremists,”
<><>such as Catholics and parents at school board meetings
<><>based investigations on subjective/politically biased criteria,
<><>and on the flimsiest of pretexts by Biden operatives.
The sordid Biden operation began after his Jan 2021 inauguration. By March
an unclassified executive summary detailed Biden’s domestic terrorism focus:
<><>politically motivated Domestic Violent Extremists
<><>lone offenders likely to carry out violent attacks on the homeland
<><>those radicalized by online content
<><>and Racially Motivated Violent Extremists (RMVEs)
Do not tell me there isn't an evil coordinated global agenda. And yet all Congressional Republicans did was to write strongly worded letters and go on Fox to fulminate. All this while J6ers were blatantly denied their civil liberties and Republicans stood by mute and silently watched as patriots were simply discarded because it was far too dangerous to go against the narrative.
Crickets from the ACLU, too.
Anti-American scumbags. People need to go to prison for conspiracy to violate people’s rights under color if law, and at least one cooperating bank should lose it’s business.
So far, I have been very happy with how Gabbard has handled the optics of her office. Shy stays visible, gets things done, and releases information on point.

Around April 11th, it was reported that William Ruger @WillRuger was selected to be the Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Mission Integration in the new Trump admin.
Prior to joining the Trump administration, Ruger served as vice president for research and policy at the Charles Koch Institute from 2014 to 2019 and as vice president for foreign policy at Stand Together from 2019 to 2022.
Why is this a problem? Well, only until a few days ago, Ruger was the President of a Koch backed entity called @aier American Institute for Economic Research.
A quick review of their social media shows that even days before his appointment was announced, his group was online, bashing President Trump. (Excerpt) Read more at x.com ...
Maybe the Trump administration should say they’re continuing the program. The media will be supportive. /s
Why would a man who received 81 million votes be concerned about domestic terrorism, unless he knew that he didn’t win anywhere near that number of votes.
