I have a picture of that damage taken the day after. My father-in-law was visiting, and he took it for me since I was driving. A female Va. State Trooper tried to prevent my WWII Korean veteran father-in-law from taking it but he still managed to get the picture, and it turned out perfect. Yes that too seems to be anther incident that doesn’t quite add up to be Kosher either.

From what I recall this security camera was programed to take images every 3-5 seconds.
