Comedian Tyler Fischer is persona-non-grata at Fox after being accused of harassing a young female employee at the network's New York studios earlier this year.
Fischer, 38, was a frequent guest on Gutfeld!, the network's widely popular late night show that pulls in about five million viewers nightly.
But after boldly asking out a young female staffer during a visit to the network's Manhattan HQ in January, his appearances have dried up.
Fischer says his only 'crime' was innocently asking the woman out for coffee.
He'd been asked to appear on Gutfeld's show on January 30, and was in the building early for a meeting when he encountered the young woman sitting at her desk.
Fischer, speaking to Daily Mail, described it as a 'flirty little interaction'.
'I introduced myself, I said "Hey, I'm Tyler... I need to get going to the show to film, but would you ever get coffee sometime"' he recalls himself saying.
Moments later, he was approached by security.
The female staffer complained that he'd harassed her and reported it.

Yup
Folks, please read the whole article. He didn’t just ask her out for coffee, he grabbed her phone. I think most *people*, male or female, would view that as aggressive behavior and possibly attempted theft. If she didn’t feel confident she could overpower him to regain possession of her phone, she was perfectly justified in calling security to do it for her.
It was probably justified. Complaints like this get fully investigated and corporations typically have cameras every thirty feet, or so and from 360 degrees viewing points.
That dress looks really nice, can’t wait to see what it looks like on my floor in the morning.
Once again, proving the truth of the statement;
“Sexual harassment is not behavior based. It is when a man who a woman doesn’t find interesting asks her out on a date, or compliments her appearance. If she is attracted to him, it’s fine”.
” HR told us that even asking a woman out could be considered harassment if she complained.”
So if she finds you handsome it’s not harassment. If she doesn’t, then asking her out is harassment. This is why men find women in other countries.
Pay attention to them, they get angry. Ignore them, and they get angry.
” He didn’t just ask her out for coffee, he grabbed her phone.”
Sure he did. And she doesn’t use any fingerprint, passcode, etc. It was just there for him to turn on and access.
And he “grabbed” it? Sure... #BelieveWomen LOL
Guaranteed she was being flirty too for him to enter his number into her phone. Lying whore... and that is my verdict.
I didn’t mean you’re take on it is silly. I just meant the whole thing being handled like it was is silly.
So true.
Good for you sister, if the retard comes near you again , hire protection , the pervert needs his nose rearranged.
oh okay.
Feminists have destroyed the workplace ... And everything else they get near ...
Yup, wimmin always consider you guilty of something just by being a man.
Regardless of whether the phone was locked or not, regardless of how “flirty” she was being, taking someone else’s property without permission is a crime, yes?
