She has 3 problems. First, there’s fraud on the purchases of the houses (this idea of listing her dad as Mr James, suggesting he’s the husband....is bad enough). Second, to rectify this....she has to redo the mortgage paper-work, at current rates. Third, she signed papers to say primary residence was in Virginia....which invalidates her NY status of being a resident there....so she’d have to resign her post as state AG.

But I’ll say this...in her present physical condition (overweight)...she’s likely have extremely high blood pressure, and prone to having a heart-attack.
