I’m no musician, but aren’t drums supposed to go boom boom boom?

    Sounds like a senior moment.

The Who was,in their earliest years, the best of the British Invasion. But then they got fat, complacent and began to believe their own press releases.

They have nothing but admiration for him You don't fire a guy after 29 years if you "have nothing but admiration for him"...

Interesting, “Starkey”, Richard Starkey was Ringo Starr”s real name.

Ringo’s son, Keith Moon’s Godson, Kenny Jones’ student, and The Who’s longest serving drummer.
Really thought, Pete and Roger just need to wrap it up. It’s become silly at this point. And I say this with mad respect for the band’s legacy.

Yes. Barbara Bach is not the mother. She is Ringo’s wife since 1982. They met doing Cavemen.

That’s rich! An old singer complaining about a drummer, when he used to be in a band with Keith Moon, of all people. “Moon, the loon” as he is/was known by many.
I always thought Moon was a great drummer, but I had to try real hard to insinuate that Daltrey was a singer. The last time I heard Daltrey, what little of a voice he had, was noticeably gone. Really gone. He has some ego criticizing another musician.
