Walmart employees work overnight to restock the store . My guess is he is or was part of the overnight crew.

Some Walmarts stay open all night, or did, pre-Covid. A friend’s wife was crushed against the shelves by a couple of inattentive employees pushing a pallet jack down an aisle at 1 AM. She liked to shop then, and read labels at her leisure.
