Agree, Lockbox. Whitmer is taking some heat from the Fake News, but she's counting on Trump being successful.  And that's a much smarter place to be if she wants to run for national office in the future.

Trump owns Michigan voters and union workers -- and as industrial jobs come back, Michigan can be in a good position again -- and Whitmer can claim part of that success.

So Whitmer is just being smart about her political future.  And she is steadily moving away from the left wing Crocketts, AOCs, and Ms. Word Salad.

And coming the Oval Office is obviously a big win for Trump... and a tenuous step towards bipartisanship minus the whackos on the hard left.
