Oil is dropping and tariffs are not applied to oil imports but why is the price at the gas pump going up. It makes no sense.

The Saudis are offering a "special deal" for Asian buyers: oil at a discount below the already reduced price.

Guess they're not happy with Russia's support for Iran.
