Said he was defending himself. “He put his hands on me.” As if that’s a reason to stab someone in the heart. Good grief!

He brought a knife, which is highly illegal. He is a psycho.
“He called me a Negro. “ will be the next excuse. They always have that as a fallback.
The world ain’t what it used to be. What used to end after a scuffle and maybe a few punches now instantly escalates to homicide.
“He put his hands on me.” could mean anything from laying a hand without any impact, to sitting on top of him pummeling his face. It's a euphemism I hate because it means nothing, other than the technical requirements for an assault charge.
That statement still does not clarify what happened between the two before the stabbing occurred.
HE WAS SITTING UNDER THE OTHER TEAMS TENT.......
NOT HIS TERRITORY TO USE.....
BELLIGERENT TO THE CORE.....

By the time this goes to trial, I wouldn’t be surprised if white hoods, a burning cross and a parade of honkies calling the murderer the ‘n word’ will be alleged by him and/or his dream legal team that made him react the way he did.
He's going to be using that line a lot in prison.
And they're going to be touching him, all right.
A lot. Bad touching.
