Florida GOP keeps House seats in special elections as Randy Fine, Jimmy Patronis overcome pre-voting jitters — and Trump boasts: ‘CONGRATULATIONS TO AMERICA!!!

WASHINGTON — Florida Republican state Sen. Randy Fine and GOP state CFO Jimmy Patronis easily won two crucial special elections for the US House in the Sunshine State Tuesday, temporarily bolstering the GOP’s razor-thin majority.

President Trump exulted in the victories — which increase the Republican margin in the House to 220-213 — in an all-caps Truth Social post castigating Democrats as “evil.”

“BOTH FLORIDA HOUSE SEATS HAVE BEEN WON, BIG, BY THE REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE. THE TRUMP ENDORSEMENT, AS ALWAYS, PROVED FAR GREATER THAN THE DEMOCRATS FORCES OF EVIL,” the president wrote.

“CONGRATULATIONS TO AMERICA!!!”

Fine was projected to defeat Democrat Josh Weil, an Orlando teacher, and succeed former Rep. Mike Waltz, who represented Florida’s 6th District for six years before resigning to become President Trump’s national security adviser.

The race had been expected to be a shoo-in for Republicans in a district Trump won by 30 percentage points in the November presidential election.

However, with most of the vote counted as of 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, Fine led Weil by just 14 percentage points.

Republican foreboding tipped into concern after an internal survey by Trump pollster Tony Fabrizio that leaked last week found Fine trailing Weil by three percentage points, 44%-41%.

Other polls had Fine up but within the margin of error, prompting top Republicans such as Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to concede Fine would likely underperform Trump, with DeSantis calling the expected result a “reflection of the candidate that’s running in that race.”

Fine also lagged badly behind Weil in the fundraising race.

Nicely done. More work on the way. From El Rushbo in 2018 -

They have to be destroyed. And how to do so? Yes, the ballot box is key. And then the judiciary. The judiciary is where the Democrats and the left have their election insurance. When they lose, they still have the power of the judiciary in their back pocket.

Democrats said they expected to take both Florida seats; they certainly spent serious sums of money to do it.

Unfortunately for dems, on voting day Cory Spartacus was on the Senate floor showing out, cramming 15 minutes worth of radical talking points into just 24 hours.

Apparently undecided Florida voters heard Senator Spartacus’ anti-American rhetoric and rejected his message.

Soros has billions. They’ll get it done long before November 2026. The Rat Party voter fraud operation will be on full display in 2026.

God is going to be mighty angry with Soros. First, didn’t Soros act against God’s chosen people while in the camps? Second, now Soros is the devil’s agent, sowing discord and to what end?
