United States President Donald Trump has expressed his frustration with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin as he believes the latter is "slow-rolling comprehensive ceasefire talks," Fox News reported on Tuesday, citing sources.
According to the sources, due to such behavior, the Trump administration is mulling "aggressive" sanctions enforcement that would affect Russia's "shadow fleet," among other things. The sources explained that the sanctions enforcement is currently "low," more specifically "level 3 out of 10."
The sources went on to say that some 70% of Russia's illegal oil sales are done with the use of the "shadow fleet."

He was right about the Russians.
Did not matter what he was or was not right about. It was his opinion. Which should have resulted in his dismissal from service. He was lucky because it was war and he had the stars to stick around.

Russia moved on from the USD in international trade using Brics. China and India have both worked Russia in real time this week on the threat of Trump sanctions.
Trump has a losing hand in Ukraine. The NYT exposed the USA as instigator in the Ukraine conflict and that US General Officers form the Pentagon have been managing everything from traning and tactics, to equipment requests, not Zelinski.
Russia is very patient. They will give Trump all the time in the world to negotiate. They did everything Trump asked, which Ukriane broke every aspect of negotiations or cease fires. Russia has time; Trump does not.
Russia knows the Trump and Zelinski are working together. The US is still prosecuting its proxy war agianst Russia.
With the exposure of the Biden Admin and now Trump admin by extension... Russia has proof from the NYT of what they long suspected which is the US is at War with Russia.
Putin has been threatened by Zelinski with death threats several times in the past few days.
We are reaching the point in the conflict where Russia tells the US/NATO that they have declared war on Ukraine to deal with Zelinski’s death threats, and the fact that there can be no negotiations or agreements with Zelinski or Ukraine; War is the only option going forward.
Trump is still using Ukraine to destroy his political opposition in the US/DNC/Rinos, as well as the EUropeans. Ukraine handed over to Russia will destroy the EUs banking system at time when they are faced with a summer recession.
Trump cannot end this conflict. He will abandon Ukraine. France and Britiain may try to do something in Ukraine but will be defeated by the Russians.
Trump has at least opened diplomatic relations with Russia, itself a victory for dialouge. One thing about the Democrats and the EU, they have no use for FREE SPEECH or DIPLOMACY. With the US and Russia talking there is less chance of miscalcuation on the US’s part. Russia now has certain green lights, but a declaraction of war due to Zelinski’s death threats is in the making and the Trump MAGA agenda is going to have a black eye going forward. Biden entrapped Trump with war and economic depression.
The NEOCON/Trump pivot to China ain’t gonna happen. Trump will watch Russia finish off Ukriane, while the US gets to take its best shot at Iran.
The US takes out Iran... Russia takes out Ukraine.
Well now maybe Trump can get the real problem in the cross hairs. The name of that problem is Vlad Putin.
