Probably Simon Dunstan’s Grey Wolf

Thanks to your link that was indeed the one I watched. He made it clear that the specific accounts were from seemingly sincere eyewitnesses but couldn't verify further beyond their stories. What passes for modern news outlets should take a clue here.

The original tale is from Don Angel Velasco. Harry Cooper at Sharkhunters wrote a book, based on Don Angel’s story. Where Cooper’s story ends & Dunstan’s story begins? They may be the same.
