At one point in the attack, the victim attempts to get up, but is tackled by the aggressor and brought back down to the concrete of the school’s courtyard.
As he is beaten senseless, the young boy looks to fellow students for help, but instead they make whooping noises, watch, and record on their phones as the boy suffers from punches to his face and back of the head, video showed

Head stomping, cheering it on, and videoing it is a favorite pasttime. It should be a sanctioned school sport.
As soon as you read head stomping, you know.
That idiot in the striped shirt refused to put down his coffee to help. The other idiot barely tried. Then the poor kid is obviously knocked out and...crickets. Was that a cop than ran by? Heads need to roll for this.
When I used to go to school we didn’t need “SRO’s”- School Resource Officers, which is basically a cop that stays at a particular school. I don’t know why we didn’t need a permanent police presence back then. I’m befuddled, perplexed. I’m just kidding, I know why.
WOW - do I need to look? I guess not
1st the kid should be charged as an adult with attempted murder, assault and battery and a whole host of other charges.
2nd the “ adults “ should be fired
3rd the school system should be sued by the parents of the boy attacked for millions.
Guess what!? None of that will happen. I give it the same odds as seeing the Epstein files/videos: exactly 0 out of everything.
I think they have rules not to intervene like here in Cartelfornia. Even so, is it worth saving a life and lose your job?
Yes.
When I read head stomping, I had my suspicions, but when I read whooping noises, then I knew.
This is the result of a lot of decisions. I think one faulty decision is mandatory school attendance. Going to school should be seen as something special, as a steppingstone in life.
Two stories from Jr High days, Washington D.C.
I was taking a standardized test and a Black kid was fooling around. I asked him “aren’t you taking the test?” He answered, “I’ve done it already.” The teacher was a light skinned Black woman. I remember her telling him to go into the corner and “Stop bothering that boy. He has a chance of making something of his life.”
A light skinned black friend of mine offered to have his mother drive me part of the way home after school. His mother, who was Black, did not mind. My friend sat in the front. I was in the back seat. They talked about something (homework?). She really lit into him and asked if he “wanted to grow up to me a N.....?” My ears were burning and I thanked them and got out at the next stop light.

I was a reserve police officer in a small town. One shift I got assigned to ride with a guy I didn’t know. Within 5 minutes he had used the N word about 25 times. He was black. I had no idea how to react. It was a long shift.
I didn’t look ‘cuz Yogi said “yes”.
I’d love to see someone use AI to reverse the skin colors and post it on Bluesky
I completely agree with you. School attendance should be voluntary. If you are not interested in school, don’t wreck it for everyone else.
Relax, acts like this are just part of reparations.
I didn’t look, but I figure a “peer” is the same thing as a “teen” or a “youth.”
good one!
That is some story! I don’t know how things are now. Back then, there were blacks who had sense. They wanted their children to have sense and not go astray.
HA! I was thankfully in school when you were and I know why too. There’s a reason why almost all of the white kids in Atlanta are in private school.
