...had warned ahead of the test that the initial launch could end prematurely. "Our first test flight met all our expectations, achieving a great success,"

That's some most excellent euroweenie excrement right there.

Not much spin, in Norway. Tough place to take up rocketry.

Might want to stick to Viking boats.

“Our first test flight met all our expectations, achieving a great success,”

They expected it to crash a few seconds after launch? What would have constituted failure?

“Our first test flight met all our expectations, achieving a great success”

Not landing in London or Antwerp is definitely an improvement.

The Chinese have a rover on Mars and on the moon as we speak.
Germany flies a rocket for just 30 seconds right here on earth and they think they’ve done something great.
This may have been something in 1960 not in 2025.

That was Version 1 of the rocket. Just wait until the Germans launch V2.

Last night the wife and I went out and watched the I.S.S. Fly by.
An hour later we went out to watch a launch from the Cape carrying
4 folks going around the poles.
Hey Europe ha ha.
