Zelinsky and putin both happy. Walk away. Let europe supply them for free.

Considering how completely Ukraine is being propped up by the United States, Trump could end the conflict simply by hitting the off switch on US assistance.

Ukraine attacked Russian energy infrastructure from March 22 to march 24, and Zelensky and Co. are loudly proclaiming they will make no concessions, even as they run out of people who are taller than a rifle to go fight. Then Russia retaliated on Friday, March 28 and suddenly the media was no longer blacked out and they were all carrying water for the Ukraine, falsely claiming Russia broke ceasefire terms first. No wonder Putin doesn't think peace is worth pursuing at this time.
"On March 22, Kiev carried out two drone strikes on the Valuika gas distribution station in the settlement of Shvedunovka in Russia’s borderline Belgorod Region. A day later, on March 23, Russian air defenses repelled a Ukrainian drone attack on the Glebovskoye gas condensate field on Crimea’s Cape Tarkhankut Crimea. And early on March 24, the enemy tried to conduct a drone attack on the Kropotkinskaya oil pumping station, the Russian Defense Ministry said."

Woopee for Russia. Three years of killing and destruction and they sound like the mentally retarded thugs as always.
“Our guys are liberating town after town” so we’ll keep the killing for another two years.
Trump doesn’t want to fight with Putin as yet, but the question will be if he surges in military support in the end. Because that’s the only thing that will impress Putin.
For all the nutty pro Putin cheering here, Trump doesn’t really want to see his plan to end the war turn into an outright defeat.
Ukraine is nuts too.
Maybe Europe can supply them, but I doubt it.
Hopefully Russia is talking tough but planning to settle. I doubt it.

If Trump doesn’t cut off the Ukraine and the odious Little Z-Man after all of this then Trump has NO BALLS.
To: marcusmaximus
Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office, Trump urged Ukraine to “get on the ball and get a job done” as he expressed frustration over Kyiv’s position over peace talks, saying he found it “more difficult, frankly, to deal with Ukraine.”
He said that Russia is “bombing the hell out of” Ukraine but argued that Russian President Vladimir Putin had “all the cards” when it came to negotiating a peace deal.

Russian troops are taking land too fast and easily now as Ukrainian troops are finally being allowed to retreat rather than being slaughtered in-situ. Looking at the situation from Putin’s view he should keep right on going and keep the pressure on. The other problem for Ukraine is they have lost the equipment used to remove damaged tanks, personnel carriers, artillery pieces etc. from the fields for repair.

All the more reason for Trump to withdrawal all aid to Ukraine and let Ukraine and the EU fend for themselves.
There is no national interest in Ukraine and no reason waste anymore tax dollars on it.

“A Russian negotiator has warned that peace talks with the US on the war in Ukraine could drag into 2026.”
Not with 25-50% secondary sanctions on Russian oil sales.
Russia may have overplayed its hand, and is fixing to get Trumped.
