Maybe he’s cutting down on his daily intake of McDonalds.
One article says that he gave in to his doctor and to Kennedy and dropped the buns from his McDonald’s orders. And that was all he did that made him lose so much. No shots or pills. Just too busy to eat and more basic protein when he did get to eat.
I know a man who cut out junk food, fast food, and soda and pretty much ate real food and has lost over 60 pounds and counting. He did not seriously or strenuously diet and allowed himself an occasional treat mostly for special occasions.
He says that on occasion he will try something he used to love and it gags him. His tastes have changed as well.
There’s a lot to be said for cutting highly processed food out of your diet.
