Their mental illness is real, folks.
Individuals like this have gotten all their economic knowledge from comic books such as Scrooge McDuck, where he keeps all his money in a basement where he can sit and play with it all day long.
Wealthy individuals are wealthy in assets, not in a basement full of money. They have their money working for them. Regardless of their motives, their investments creates jobs, jobs for all of us.
How many people does Amazon employ directly? Answer over a million people work for Amazon world wide. How many people does a poor person employ? zero.
Those are direct employees but what about the infrastructure required to make Amazon work. How many buildings were built, how many vehicles purchased, how much of everything that is required to do what Amazon does? Multi millions of people have jobs because of Amazon.
The wealthy invest their money and those investments keep our economy going.
So the wealthy have more stuff then I have, so what, I have been trying to get rid of the stuff I have now for years. Why should I care as long as they are not doing anything illegal.
I don’t hate wealthy people and I don’t envy them either (I never play the lottery since my biggest fear is I could actually win an obscene amount of money which would ruin my life).
They only hate the wealthy who are not "on their side." They worship celebrities.
Both mother and son are lowlifes. Why bother to proclaim your faith while you spit in God’s eye with your theft. Guess what, you may get away with it now but try justifying theft on judgement day.
Not ‘Americans’, DEMOCRATS..................
Have posted about them before, but I know a wealthy leftist couple who a.) stood in line to get on the waiting list for a Tesla, b.) went 110% in on the covid shutdown, and c.) during said shutdown had groceries —from Whole Foods— delivered to their home. Sigh...
I don’t even know what would be worth stealing from Whole Foods. Are they making off with bags of wheat germ and nutritional yeast?
Yes, all the merchandise locked behind glass now says it all. Ask anyone who works at a store. The theft is beyond ridiculous, beyond what most decent people would guess.
Walmart already has something of the sort. A few days ago I was self-checking my groceries. I had rung up a carton of milk and put it back into the cart, then decided a minute later to include the milk in a bag of other refrigerated stuff. When I moved the milk to the bag, it set off some sort of alarm that I had moved an item from the cart to the bagging area without scanning it. The attendant came over and I scrolled back up the checkout screen to show that I had already scanned the milk, and that was that.
“It’s not just setting Teslas on fire. Now irate Americans are shoplifting from Whole Foods.”
It’s not just setting Teslas on fire. Now stupid, easily led and incompetent Americans are shoplifting from Whole Foods.
There, fixed it
Lee insists he’s “famously” a very good Catholic
Say that’s the same thing Joe Biden said.
Yep- he was a s8ck sick dude who probably thought he was a “good person” too
So are all of the other little thieves in this story. I’d like to see them all get caught, fined, serve a little time or at least have to perform many hours of community service.
I know that’s a pipe dream, though.
I avoid Whole foods. Besides being more expensive, liberals seem to congregate there.
This struck me as being funny.
Walmart already has something of the sort.
CO, Same at City Market, every time i self checked at a busy store, i got flagged for Help is on the Way when i pushed the final No Bags Needed button. Turns out the monitor system was recognizing my brown leather cased phone i the shopping cart as an unscanned item. When one of the regular checkout watchers, Stacy, finally told me to put your phone in your pocket before checking out, my ‘ problem’ went away.
Dumb sh**. He doesn't understand this effects all of us as stores like Whole Foods increase security (which we pay for), put the most stolen items behind plexiglass (a huge inconvenience) and raise prices to cover the lost grocery items.
Strong moral positions and protests where you get to steal the stuff you want, have a strong appeal to most of the left.
I hate thieves. Big or small.
“Non-initation of force, fraud, or theft.”
It’s kind of a core belief for me.
Good trigger discipline, Ma!
