A luxury hotel guest was filmed denying he keyed a Tesla Cybertruck just moments after he was caught on camera vandalizing the vehicle in the parking lot of a luxury hotel in New Hampshire.
Kerri Pouliot shared security footage of the incident on X, which shows a man getting out of his vehicle and noticing the Tesla before he proceeds to vandalize it outside the Omni Mount Washington Resort.
'Our Tesla cyber truck was vandalized this weekend in NH. While staying at our hotel, our vehicle was keyed within an hour of arriving,' she wrote on X on Monday.
Naming the man, whose identity DailyMail.com is working to verify, she added: '(They) either didn’t know or didn’t care that they would be recorded. Charges pending! Class A felony In NH.'
The Tesla owner recorded the moment police approach the vandal, who was wearing bright orange pants, and another man and confronted them.
'I don’t know what happened,' the orange panted menace is heard saying.
'You didn’t key that Tesla?' the officer asked.
'No,' the vandal replied. Tesla cars have been hit by a spate of attacks in recent weeks over company boss Elon Musk's work with the Trump Administration.
But the likely liberal was unable to find the courage to defend his destructive convictions when confronted.

IT Exec Caught on Camera Keying Tesla Cybertruck in New Hampshire
n IT executive was allegedly caught on camera keying a Tesla Cybertruck in a hotel parking lot in New Hampshire over the weekend. Kerri Pouliot, the owner of the vehicle, said in a post on X that the vandalism happened within an hour of her arrival at the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa in Bretton Woods on Saturday.
The alleged perpetrator, James “Jim” Pelis, is a regional sales director for Armorcode, an AI-powered Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) platform used by security and development teams, according to his LinkedIn.
Hope the vandal is charged and convicted to the fullest extent.
So Pelis will have to pay restitution and maybe get some jail time. A keyed stainless steel body is ruined and probably cannot be repaired, so new door panels are needed. Probably a $15,000 repair.
AND he will probably lose his career.
In other words, HOORAY!!!
Trump and I both like the color orange, but not orange pants! You got to be a giddy homo to wear orange pants.
Looks like ASPM has a CRIMINAL in its company?
It just shows the utter stupidity of these people. If you overlook that the vehicle has cameras on it, you can’t walk 20 feet in most urban areas, hotels, airports, large grocery/department stores and warehouses without being on a camera.
HE’S ON CAMERA DOING THE KEYING!
I expect this from young and stupid kids. When it comes from older and “educated” adults that blows my mind.
This dude had to have known how many cameras a tesla has on it, yet he still did it.
And his buddy was wearing green pantspants! I guess it’s possible they were in town for a clown convention.
His orange will fit right in at jail.
I can’t believe how stupid these people are! A Tesla has about 7 cameras on them.
(The alleged perpetrator, James “Jim” Pelis, is a regional sales director for Armorcode, an AI-powered Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) platform used by security and development teams, according to his LinkedIn.)
If that’s his job I expect that he’s going to be out of a job very soon.
Works for a security firm and does this ... SMH
“When it comes from older and “educated” adults that blows my mind.”
No kidding. Especially a high-paid middle manager / middle exec. His career might be ended now.
When I park next to a Tesla in town, the screen always says “Sentry Mode.” It’s damned obvious the car has a sophisticated security system.
