Many years ago I bought a book by a man who talked about what he witnessed in the Masons. He did say that it's not obviously evil until you get to the highest levels, so the 'good Samaritan' type activities of the rank and file are cover for the evil at the top.

But throughout, there is a spiritually 'off' signal that doesn't go away. I attended a funeral for a Mason and the Masonic funeral right elevates Masons above God, that to be a Mason is the highest honor in existance, that the apron given Mason's gains them access to heaven, and when they die they climb a golden ladder and meet the shining faces of other (Masons) who have gone on before them.

It is a faith in hiding - none of that 'let your light shine' for them. They are sworn to secrecy by grisly oaths (and threats) and given they believe you need that stone cutters apron to gain heaven, then they are keeping it for themselves - it's 'secret'.

There are Masonic side organizations (DeMolay etc.) to get children involved, and there's a women's group (Eastern STar). For children, they create rank and kids spend countless hours memorizing odd pseudo Christian patriot texts to recite at special services to advance, and none of it is worth knowing. By inserting hours of memorizing filler, God is further displaced in their lives.

I went to a church I now know to be a cult, and they incorporated the Masonic groups for boys and girls into their services. At receptions, girls who had performed their memorization task would be feted. I was pressured to join them and there was 'social shade' when they asked me what my rank or status was in this Masonic girl's group and I said I had not done any of the services - there was a withdrawal of warmth and the attitude of 'Oh I didn't mean to embarrass you."

I think it was JFK who spoke against Secret Societies and he had a point. I think one of the Founding father was said to be a Mason and when I looked it up, I found an excerpt of a letter he wrote in which he specifically said he did not want the Masons to 'reach our shores' (from England).

So yes - the Mason's displace God and elevate those who practice Masonry above all others - but I've read several times that you don't get to read their rationalization for giving Satan an nicer name and explaining that the rest of us who are worshiping Christ are benighted - that Christ is bad and their name for Satan is actually the true lord of all. The public facing officials in Masonry insist there is no such 'true name' of God, but they are lying - because they swore to die a grisly death if they expose the truth.

I think this section of Masonic faith 'gets at' the secret of the 'real name' of God. Note the spiritualized discussion, yet they call it a science.

"The science of Freemasonry revolves around a word of supreme importance, which became lost before those to whom it was promised could receive it. The word was necessary to the very existence of the Craft. A substitute was provided which could be used until, in the course of time, and after persistent search, the right one was found. This is a fact known to every Master Mason, but not too many know that the same symbolism runs through the entire Bible. Both in Masonry and in its great light, the Volume of Sacred Law, we find that this word is the true name of God, the knowledge of which mankind has lost, but which, with the Master’s assistance, may be recovered."

See image on that page for original text.

"In actuality, a true Mason must forfeit his own religious beliefs in who God is and accept the new God of Masonry [11]. 2. God's secret name is "Jahbulon." The Masonic Lodge teaches in the Royal Arch degree that it knows the true name of God. The candidate is instructed that from now on the true name of God"

So they say mankind lost the true name of God and the Master Mason may recover it. They go on to talk about another name for God, and they quote the bible, but note the above except has already said the 'true name ' of God has been lost to mankind.

The Satanists at the top of the pyramid trade on the good deeds and intentions of the lower levels, which gains them entry into trust and respect they could not have without this cover.

The Masonic Lodge teaches that all men including Christians live in spiritual darkness until they enter and become members of the Lodge. Is this biblical? Masons teach and believe in a universal Fatherhood of God and brotherhood of man. Is this biblical?

The Masonic Lodge teaches the non-biblical view stated above in the first three degrees of the Blue Lodge, especially in the Entered Apprentice degree where the candidate is told he will now be brought out of darkness and into the light. This teaching can also be seen from the fact that light is the first and most important symbol in Masonry.[5] For the Mason, light symbolizes the seeking of truth. It is the goal of Masonic Ritual to bring the ignorant or unenlightened candidate to “Masonic Light.”[6] Only Masonry brings light to the candidate, therefore only the Mason knows the truth.[7] This means all non-Masons exist in spiritual darkness.

Proof that Masonry teaches this concept can be found by examining the Ritual of the first degree of Masonry. In the first degree, each candidate is instructed, “You have long been in darkness, and now seek to be brought to light.” In the Ritual, when the candidate stands at the anteroom door, he knocks three times. On the other side of the door, the Junior Deacon also knocks three times and opens the door. He then says, “Who goes there?” The answer given by his conductor (the Senior Steward) is given in the Ritual itself:

Mr. _____, who has long been in darkness, and now seeks to be brought to light, and to receive a part in the rights and benefits of this Worshipful Lodge, erected to God….[8]

During our telecast, former Worshipful Master Jack Harris quoted Albert Mackey, who held the highest positions Masonry has to offer. Mackey was a thirty-third degree Mason and Secretary General of the Supreme Council of the Thirty-Third Degree Scottish Rite, a position he held for a great many years. In his book, The Manual of the Lodge, Mackey describes the candidate who seeks to enter the Masonic Lodge:

There he stands without [outside] our portals, on the threshold of his new Masonic life, in darkness, helplessness and ignorance. Having been wandering amid the errors and covered over with the pollutions of the outer and profane world, he comes inquiringly to our door, seeking the new birth, and asking a withdrawal of the veil which conceals divine truth from his uninitiated sight.[9]

It is a system of philosophy, not a religion.

“I attended a funeral for a Mason and the Masonic funeral right elevates Masons above God, that to be a Mason is the highest honor in existance, that the apron given Mason’s gains them access to heaven,”

You must not have been paying attention. None of that is true or is completely twisted.

The lambskin apron represents Jesus Christ (aka the “Lamb of God”) whose sacrifice to us sinners does, indeed, give us access to heaven.

You are an evil, misguided, person who slanders others.
