Watch Court Nerds on Youtube and see the old chestnut of “habitability claims” when the tenant stops paying rent due to “black mold” but yet fights to stay in the unit because she (mostly) is living for FREE.

Not only that, because people especially up here in the Northeast put in those “cold climate” heat pumps that can’t keep up when the temp falls below 10F, they now spray foam the bejebus out of these homes, stopping any ventilation. Then “black mold” ™

The heat pump bills go up in the $800 per month range. After sprayfoaming, the bill goes “down” to $500 a month.
