TSB REVEALS the SHOCKING TRUTH About Delta Airlines CRASH In Toronto, New Report Update... The Transportation Safety Board of Canada has just released its preliminary findings on the February crash involving Delta Flight 4819 at Toronto Pearson Airport. While the incident made headlines for its dramatic visuals and miraculous survival of everyone on board, the report sheds new light on what really happened during those final seconds before impact. With no major mechanical failure and a seemingly routine approach, how did everything go so catastrophically wrong, so fast? Let’s break it down in this video!

Sort of. Due to the aircraft's inertia, the headwind gust made the indicated airspeed jump, which led her to incorrectly pull the throttles back to idle. That was her critical mistake. When the gust was over, the wings weren't generating their normal lift, and the aircraft came down hard. She might have saved it with a flare, but failed to flare at all. Obviously, Delta's DEI policies elevated her into a position she wasn't ready for. Grade inflation and flying do not mix.
And the ‘pilot problem’ should righteously be assigned to those who created it: Government bureaucrats everywhere, still supported in part by the machine under RFK Jr with no mea culpa whatsoever.
******
Unless I am very much mistaken, RFK Jr has nothing to do with air traffic and pilots.
“ The engines spooled significantly and we were pulling off the runway like a fighter-bomber on a low-level pass”
Did you get all your bombs on target? :)
Well we were going to bomb the runway
But then we remembered that we had to land on it
So we spared it 😀😃😄😅😅🤣😜
“But, she set the record for the first woman to land a plane up side down”
She discovered the trick to do it — make one of the wings come off.
Yeah, yeah. Still, it took her two tries to land it upside down.
(Saw a hot-dogging B52 pilot over Fairchild AFB land his B52 straight down. Flying sideways!)
Thank uou.
Any landing you can walk away from is a good one.
An on the ground correlation is a trucker. I’ve heard it said that you don’t drive a fully laden semi as much as operate it, especially when things go bad.
In my family we saw the difference between a truck operator and a bus driver.
My son is a truck operator. A year ago he was driving a large dump truck full of stone. (Normally drives semi) A woman driving a school bus filled with children pulled out of a side street right in front of him.
A tire track photo and witnesses showed that he had that dump truck on two wheels for about 100 feet (operator) before finally losing it and rolling it on the side.
God was really watching out for him that day. The first cop on scene called Medivac then called back to cancel when he realized my son was walking around uninjured.
Several years ago I drove buses for a volunteer organization. You must be completely on your game 100% of the time anticipating every possible thing that could go wrong when you are responsible for the lives of 50 people sitting behind you. It’s far more in a plane.
She had no flair.
Yeah, I remember that.
He had been written up many times (I believe) for flying the B-52 like a fighter.
He won’t be doing that again, bad for the rest of the crew though.
I always wondered why the crew didn’t punch out.. the 52 has ejection seats.
I had learned that landings were just controlled crashes .. ;^)
LOL Took me a minute to see what you did here.
When I Googled it, Piloette is an Italian Meatball.
But maybe that works too.
The Biden-Harris Administration is requiring COVID-19 vaccination of eligible staff at health care facilities that participate in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. The emergency regulation issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) today protects those fighting this virus on the front lines while also delivering assurances to individuals and their families that they will be protected when seeking care.https://www.cms.gov/newsroom/press-releases/biden-harris-administration-issues-emergency-regulation-requiring-covid-19-vaccination-health-care
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) within the Department of Health and Human Services has determined that the best way to slow the spread of COVID-19 and to prevent infection by the Delta variant or other variants is to be vaccinated.https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2021/09/14/2021-19927/requiring-coronavirus-disease-2019-vaccination-for-federal-employees
Section 361(a) of the PHSA.102 This provision, codified at 42 U.S.C. § 264(a), grants the Secretary of HHS the authority—delegated in part to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)103—to make and enforce regulations necessary “to prevent the introduction, transmission, or spread of communicable diseases from foreign countries into the States or possessions, or from one State or possession into any other State or possession.”https://www.congress.gov/crs-product/R46745To address the spread of the Delta variant in 2021, the President and several executive agencies— including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)—ultimately invoked several other statutory authorities to issue several employment- or workforce-based COVID-19 vaccination mandates for civilians.
Ultimately, airline pilots - as you apparently fail to recall - fell under the so-called biden mandate to 'vaccinate' nearly 100 million American workers even though the jabs have been undeniably demonstrated to be intended for a tiny fraction of the vulnerable population NOT to prevent infection, but to facilitate survival.
Small agency, big job: Biden tasks OSHA with vaccine mandate
Nearly all major airlines mandate COVID vaccine for employees
Those without their heads in the sand recall the side effects of the jabs and, ultimately, the slow decimation of the pilot pool.
We now see its effects (well, at least those with open eyes).
Though the biden 'vaccine' mandate was implemented under the authority of OHSA, the aegis of proclamations originating from CDC.
Curious, what cabinet level department do CMS & CDC fall under [rhetorical] and who is heading said department???
He rolled it past a certain angle to avoid the bomb bunker on a tight turn and lost lift on the left wing at low altitude.
Oops.....
Oh I hope not! /Bill Dana
Can’t argue with that.
It’s truly the logic of a sick mind (the left).
‘True pandemic’
And if you can use the plane again, it's a great landing.
So, I still don’t get the connection between the misguided insistence that pilots get the covid shot in 2020 and the current HHS director. Care to explain?
