They are talking the way they are because, in order to increase their military spending, they are going to have to cut social services. If they scare everyone it will make it easier.

I believe the globalist elites are doing what they can to usher in WWIII. In their eyes it would solve the overpopulation / climate change problems.

Somebody wants The Apocalypse. It’s been in development for at least 300 years.

The best book on the topic is “To Eliminate the Opiate,” by Rabbi Marvin Antelman, available on Amazon.

Big disasters from little events grow.

The assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary on June 28, 1914 was the immediate trigger for World War I. Just as the Great Chicago Fire was triggered by a cow knocking over a kerosene lantern.

When I was growing up, I remember the press being on pins and needles about the missiles in Cuba during JFK's administration. Not to mention all those Civil Defense drills in school.

Today is another example of history not repeating itself, but rhyming all too vigorously.

We will get dragged into WW3 just like we got dragged into WW2 even though the US people were against getting involved.

If peace is on the way, why are they feverishly preparing for World War III?

To maintain Peace, it is necessary to be prepared for War.

I don’t know about all that, but I do know that activity at the local military has increased greatly. I hear planes (refuelers) coming and going all the time, whereas in the past they never flew as frequently as they do now.

No, this is simply a reaction to the fact that President Trump is re-evaluating the US role in propping up Europe. He wants to put America First, and that means Europe standing on its own two feet, militarily and economically.

They want the status quo - namely, continue to take advantage of the USA. The best way to guilt American Citizens into continuing to subsidize Europe is to hype the narrative that the world is on the verge of WWIII.

There is no specific threat - this is all hype to make it appear that President Trump’s America First agenda is a mistake.

My guess is the Euros are about to be exposed which would lead to the fall of Brussels and the €. They need a war to protect their “elite” who have caused the problems. Same will be tried here. Only difference is the 2A, which will be implemented vigorously against war mongers.

Here are just a few reasons why Europe is prepping, because if you truly want peace.. you must prepare for war. It’s a conservative motto. Right?

1. Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine Triggered the Entire Chain Reaction
Russia’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 is the primary reason NATO countries are taking unprecedented military and economic measures. Without this illegal aggression, the current escalation, including troop movements and stockpiling of weapons, would not be occurring.

2. Russia’s Nuclear Threats Escalated Global Tensions
Russia repeatedly made nuclear threats—both direct and implied—against NATO countries. This irresponsible rhetoric forced Western nations to prepare for worst-case scenarios, driving a dangerous arms race and global military posturing.

3. Russia’s Targeting of Civilian Infrastructure
By bombing Ukraine’s power plants, dams, and essential services, Russia deliberately created humanitarian catastrophes, forcing Europe into deeper involvement and pushing the region toward chaos. Millions of Ukrainian women and children were forced to flee to the West - a human exodus destabilizing the free world even further.

4. Russia’s Energy Blackmail Over Europe
Russia weaponized its energy exports, cutting off gas supplies to Europe. This act of economic warfare destabilized European economies, forced NATO countries to scramble for alternatives, and inflamed tensions worldwide.

5. Russia’s Alliance with Rogue Nations
Russia deepened alliances with regimes like Iran and North Korea, increasing the supply of weapons, including drones and missiles, to use in Ukraine. This globalized the conflict, pulling more countries into the vortex of confrontation.

6. Russia’s Provocations Beyond Ukraine
Russia continues aggressive actions beyond Ukraine, such as threatening the Baltic states, harassing Western aircraft and ships, and interfering in Africa and the Middle East, which forces NATO to escalate defensive preparations.

7. Russia’s Disinformation and Cyber Warfare Campaigns
Moscow flooded the West with disinformation and coordinated cyber attacks, aiming to destabilize NATO democracies from within. These hybrid war tactics increased internal chaos, compelling NATO countries to bolster their defenses and prepare for conflict.

8. Russia’s Open Rejection of Peace Negotiations
Every credible attempt at diplomatic resolution was met by Russia’s maximalist demands or outright rejections, showing Moscow’s preference for protracted war and forcing the West to abandon hopes for negotiation and brace for prolonged conflict.

9. Russia’s Repeated Violation of International Law
From Crimea in 2014 to the full-scale invasion in 2022, Russia repeatedly ignored international laws and treaties, destroying the post-WWII global order and leaving NATO no choice but to rearm and reinforce to prevent further aggression.

10. Russia’s Threats to Use Tactical Nukes on NATO’s Doorstep
By openly considering tactical nuclear strikes—especially in Ukraine—Russia crossed a red line that made NATO prepare for direct confrontation. This reckless behavior is why the world is now teetering on the edge of a wider war, as described in the article.

There are so many things in our lives that we’re invited to be outraged about.

However, the more faithful response is to respond only to those things that need a response (i.e. not everything).

We have to save our energy to respond only to those things that seek to destroy the creatures of God.

McCarthy: Trump has ‘broken the Democratic party’

Former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said Sunday that President Trump has “broken the Democratic Party,” adding that it has become “leaderless” and party members are “fighting among themselves.”
“It is a huge mess,” McCarthy said of the present state of the Democratic Party in a conversation with radio host John Catsimatidis on “The Cats Roundtable” Sunday on WABC 770 AM. “It wasn’t just that President Trump won the election. He has now broken the Democratic Party,” he said.
